Is CrossFit Super Hard?
For the first month we will teach you form and consistency through our Foundations program, before intensity. The true Beauty of CrossFit is that it is FOR EVERYONE!
How Long To Go Pro?
Does Getting Good Take a Long Time? This is a rich, complex undertaking. If you are looking for a quick fix, it will be a frustrating experience, one that will likely see you quit before you are able to benefit from it.
What about Egos?
We care enough to take everyone EXACTLY as they are, but we care to much to let you STAY THAT WAY! We expect three things: 1. Work Hard 2. Listen and Learn 3.Be Accountable.
Can You Do It For Me?
We will show you the basics in the on-ramp, and coaches will work with you, every day, to improve your abilities and ensure your safety. We foster an atmosphere of personal responsibility.
What About Competition?
We encourage you to engage in fun, good-natured competition against your peer group (age, experience, etc.) or even just against your last performance.
Is This a Traditional Gym?
In short, no. We do not teach isolated movements because that’s not how your body works. Your body is a series of muscles that operate as one functional, congruent unit so that’s exactly how we train it. You will not find any machines designed to Isolate body parts. YOU are the Machine!
